QUO VADIS (CAN) Day into night CD'00 HYPNOTIC RECORDS.
Here's a technical death metal band that sounds very much influenced by DEATH "The sounds of perseverance" from the guitars composing to the drum playing. It's very technical, and impressive (on a technical point of view). The vocals are more in a black/death vein, sometimes it sounds very much like CARCASS' ones. For some reasons they remind me the polish death metal band ESQUARIAL.
Technical heavy metal parts are included here and there and full of luxury and jewelries riffs are thrown in some parts. A cooler track has got the feeling of some JOE SATRIANI's cooler moments.
The drummer is really good! He's an ass kicker for sure! But with the passing of time I feel the guitar riffs are quite light compared to the killer and Heavy drum playing! Some deeper riffs (inf the same style) would make of this band a killer one! All is pro done from the music, to the production to the packaging.
It can be a cool band for the big and open minded fans of DEATH.
